
Three people were arrested in Caswell County on drug charges on Monday. According to the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office, 40-year-old Jonathan Turner was arrested on charges of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, deliver cocaine, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, deliver methamphetamine, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, deliver marijuana, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance.
Turner was placed in the Caswell County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond.
Deputies also arrested 37-year-old Samantha Rae Smith on charges of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and conspiracy to sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance. Samantha Smith was released from the Caswell County Detention Center on a $5,000 secured bond.
34-year-old Michael Wesley Smith was arrested for possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. Michael Smith was released from the Caswell County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.
