A former GW basketball star is now a member of the UVA Basketball Coaching Staff. GW alum Ahmad Thomas has been named the Director of Recruiting at UVA on Head Coach Ryan Odom’s staff.

Thomas spent the past two seasons at VCU and previously spent a season at UNCG. Thomas graduated from GW in 2013 and played a post grad season at Hargrave before playing for UNC Asheville.
