(Danville, Va.) — Danville Police are asking the public for help in locating a local teenager wanted for a 2017 homicide.

17-year-old Rayshawn Wa-heim Bennett is wanted for conspiracy to commit 1st degree murder, attempted 1st degree murder, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

These charges stem from an incident that happened last year. Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, police will release no additional information at this time.

Bennett is currently at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.
