A tornado that touched down in Pittsylvania County caused damage to multiple homes on Dry Fork Road. According to WSET, at least five homes were damaged by the tornado.

Dry Fork Road is currently closed as crews clean up debris from the tornado. One woman has been injured and was taken to Sovah Health Danville for treatment.
