The Danville Police Department will host Danville’s largest ever National Night Out event today at Westmoreland Park. Tonight’s festivities will include free food, prizes, activities, information stations, and music beginning at 4 pm.

During the event at Westmoreland, Chief Chris Wiles will be speaking along with Mayor Alonzo Jones.

Additional National Night Out events are also taking place across the city at Cardinal Village (on the campus of Danville Community College), Grove Park, ARC Church at East Thomas and Cocoran Streets, and at Vance St. Church.

Westmoreland Park is located at the corner of Sycamore and Spruce Streets.
