(Danville, VA) – The Danville Police department has made an arrest in the burglary that took place at the Taco Bell on Piney Forest Road. 40-year-old James Anthony Brooks has been charged with one count of burglary and is currently being held in the Danville City Jail for the July 15th incident. The original police report stated that a window was broken in the restaurant just after 2am but nothing was reported stolen.
