DANVILLE, Va. – Danville Police have arrested a second man as the investigation into the series of recent heroin-laced-fentanyl overdoses continues.

Following an overdose death early Thursday morning, investigators executed search warrants at two locations and seized drugs from both. As a result, police arrested Chauncey Montague, 46, for the distribution of a controlled substance.

Danville Police and are still working to track the drugs to the source; however, investigators say it is impossible to estimate how much of this particular product is still on the street.
