ROCKY MOUNT, Va. – The Rocky Mount man charged with providing material support to ISIS is due in a federal courtroom Friday.
Romeo Langhorne was arrested after federal agents say he created and shared a video that showed how to make a deadly explosive. According to an affidavit, the Franklin County resident created the video with the intention of teaching members of ISIS how to get materials to make the explosive.
