FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. – Three men now face charges in a double shooting that left a Franklin County man dead and his brother wounded.

Te’Sean Markee Brooks, 19, from Hardy, VA is charged with three counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling and one count of malicious wounding.

Qu’Shawn Tylek Manns, 20, from Rocky Mount, VA is charged with one count of shooting into an occupied Dwelling.

Treavon Rachez Taylor, 20, from Hardy, VA is charged with one count of Robbery in Residence.

All three are being held without bond and additional charges are pending.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call around 4:20 a.m. Tuesday, July 14 about shots fired in the 100 block of Salthouse Branch Road. On arrival, deputies found 20-year-old Justin Chase Prillaman dead at the scene. His brother, James Matthew Prillaman, 18, remains in the hospital in critical condition.
