(Franklin County, Va.) – Six men have been charged with a series of residential entries in Franklin County.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has arrested five individuals and is searching for a sixth man wanted for several break-ins across the county.

The entries were first reported in mid-February and deputies developed a half-dozen suspects in the theft ring. Alan Crook, 25, Austin Crook, 20, 29-year-old Bradley Smith, Travis Hicks, 29, and 24-year-old Ethan Hundley are charged with grand larceny, breaking and entering, receiving stolen goods, and possession of a controlled substance. All live in the area.

The sheriff’s department is still looking for 27-year-old Taylor Hardy of Rocky Mount.

Four of the five remain jailed. One was released after posting bond.
