We’re learning more about last Friday’s collision involving a Pittsylvania County School bus. It happened on Shula Road and according to the Hurt Volunteer fire department the front of the car went under the back of the bus. A student on the bus was hospitalized for what was described as non-life-threating injuries. Virginia State Police say the driver who is a 65-year-old man fron Gretna was cited for following too closely.
