A Greensboro company is going to be the first tenant at the Gretna Industrial Park. According to the Star-Tribune Tradesman Trucking will break ground at the park this summer. Tradesman specializes in dry van work and lists Frito-Lay aand Yankee Candle among its clients. The facility will have 20,000 square feet of warehouse space, a 10,000 square foot area for recycling operations and 2,400 square feet of office space.
