The Virginia Information Technologies Agency hangs out the help wanted sign for a chief operating officer as acting COO Demetrias Rodgers resigned last week. According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch his resignation is effective May 20. Rodgers was deputy COO until Jon Ozovek resigned in mid-February. He is the 3rd top agency employee to leave after Glenn Youngkin became governor. Phil Wittmer left the Chief Information Officer position after only a month on the job.
