An incident in Halifax on Friday night is under investigation by police after a person wearing a ski mask was seen approaching a home. The incident occurred in the Oak Lane area of town, where police say the individual was seen wearing a camouflage ski mask and white turtleneck.

According to a Facebook post from the Halifax police department, when the resident approached the front door the subject retreated and left the area in a unknown make an model vehicle. The Halifax Police Department is urging all residents to keep vehicles and residence locked and secured. If you see anything suspicious call 911 immediately.
