Two people were injured in a crash near Gretna on Thursday night. According to Virginia State Police, the crash occurred on Route 29 at 6:06 pm.

 A 18-year-old male was driving south in a Nissan, when he ran off the left side of the roadway, crossed the median and struck a vehicle traveling north on Route 29.

The 18-year-old driver and the 53-year-old driver of the northbound vehicle were flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
