The Danville Police Department is searching for an escaped inmate. On Saturday at 2:30 pm, officers discovered that trustee Nicholas W. Spence, Sr. was missing.
Spence is a white male, 40-years-old, and is 5 foot 9 inches weighing 170 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair.
He was incarcerated on a shoplifting charge. He was a trustee and he walked away from a work crew cutting grass. He was last seen in the Highway 58 East area.
