A Henry County man has been arrested following a drug bust on Wednesday. According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, the SWAT Team and Investigators executed a search warrant at 304 Merriman Rd. in Fieldale and found suspected fentanyl.

The suspect,  30-year-old Kevin Duane Webster Jr., was not inside the home at the time the search warrant was executed. On Thursday investigators discovered Webster hiding inside an RV on Crestview Rd. in Bassett.

Webster Jr. was charged with possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of ammunition for a firearm after being convicted of a felony. He was transported to the Henry County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held on a $4,000.00 secured bond.
