A third person has been arrested for their role in a fatal Caswell County Shooting. The Caswell County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested a 16-year-old juvenile for felony assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

The shooting occurred at the Marathon Gas at 333 Main Street in Yanceyville when 23-year-old Trayshawn Harbin was shot and killed. A 15-year-old and 30-year-old Jacob McFarling were previously arrested on charges for first degree murder.
