Average gas prices across Virginia dropped by seven cents this week to $3.39 a gallon, while the average price of gas across the country dropped by ten cents to $3.60.

The average price of gas in Danville is down by seven cents to $3.19, while the average price in Pittsylvania County is also down by seven cents to $3.27. In Martinsville the average price dropped by eight cents to $3.33 and in Henry County the average is down by six cents to $3.34.

Average prices in Halifax County are down by two cents again to $3.46 a gallon.
