The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing 14-year-old girl. Kassie Palmer has been missing since February 16 and could be in Roanoke County or Henry County.

Palmer was last seen wearing a black jacket, black jeans and boots. She is 5’6 tall and weighs 150 lbs.
