The Arkema 5K Race & One Mile Fun Run are annual fundraisers which support the Chatham Volunteer Fire Department, the Chatham Rescue Squad, and various qualified local charities, schools, and school organizations serving Chatham and Pittsylvania County, Virginia, which are chosen by event participants.

The races will be held on Saturday, September 21st at 9am on Center Street in Chatham.

The main 5K course features challenging elevation changes with no switchbacks. The One Mile Fun Run is a separate family-friendly course open to anyone.

Cash prizes will be awarded to runners who break the course record and the top three finishers in each of the different age groups will get awards.

All participants can direct funds to a favorite local organization serving Chatham or Pittsylvania County.
